Vi TranLe has coordinated various weddings, banquets, and events since 2013.  Her passion for planning events, executing said plan, and doing things for other people, made for a perfect storm to get into this industry. Vi is a Southern California native, but currently resides in Avon, IN. Traveling for an event is fairly common amongst her clients (75% of weddings have been out of town for wherever she is based at that time)

Her philosophy and approach to wedding coordinating is, if a couple spends so much time, effort, and money on planning their big day, they should be able to relax and enjoy it. That’s where Vi comes in; take over the stress of the big day, make sure the big picture, the small details, and the fires are all taken care of, so the couple can truly revel in everything they’d done to put together their big event.

She holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and an M.S. in Business Data Analytics from Arizona State University. Professionally, Vi works as a Scrummaster supporting a local pharmaceutical company. In the summer, she is one of the Assistant Tour Managers for The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps. During the winter, she is an operations team member of one of the leading indoor percussion ensembles, Rhythm X

She doesn’t know how to not work. In her limited free time, Vi drinks copious amounts of coffee, takes pictures of her food before she eats it, works out, plays PokemonGo, and spends time with her puppy, Kari.
